We are online busines company. Everything is made via emails, FB, Twitter, sms and calls. All our service is charge from RM60 per designs. This charges includes 2 designs as per customer request, CD copy, and posting charges.Therefore we give you guideline how to deals with us.
How to deal:
1) Customer required to send an email to us wshafez@gmail.com and please sms to +6.012.6454.385 (Hafez) to notify us.
2) Customer should follow as per below:-
- Customers' name / Company's name
- Customer address for posting the CD of the artwork
- Phone number and contact email
- Customer's expectation (E.g - Please blend our logo with pink and orange, please put some tiger clipart to our logo, etc) as details as it can. We willing to read your long detail explaination rather than make mistake.
- Customer's expected date to see the design
- Other expectation (If applicable)
- Preview completed for 2 designs may required 5 working days. CD copy may required 3 working days after customer confirmation on the design.
- For printing services, other extra charges will be implemented based on the material, type of printing (bunting, banner, sticker, cards, etc)
3) We will preview 2 designs to the customer and once customer agreed (After alteration), we shall send the actual copy to cutomer via email and post the artwork via CD copy to the customer via postage.
4) Customer's confirmation email will be the agreement document of the finish artwork. Customer may re print, re-used, published and make trademark from the design we designated for them.
5) We are designing the material based on our customers' request. Any third party published without our customers' consent is illegal
